Since 1977 The Roy Houff Company’s goal has  been  to  provide  their  customers  with  the best available flower and floral products along  with  superior  service.  The  company  is  one  of  the   biggest   wholesale   flower   distributors,   with   multiple locations across the US.

The Problem

The Roy Houff Company needed to improve sales and create an additional distribution channel for their products. In the era of  internet  and  mobile  devices,  the  company’s  traditional  approach  to  taking  orders  via  phone  and  fax simply  wasn’t  enough.   The   bigger   problem   was   all   8   locations   were   individually    managed,    with    unique    inventory,    pricing,    employees,  promotions,  and  clients.  Flower  prices  varied  geographically and changed by the minute.

The Solution

Leaware developed and implemented an on-line ordering system for  flowers  and  hard  goods.    The  application  handles  all  of  the  aspects  of  on-line  order  placement,  starting  from  setting  up  products  and  promotions,  ending  on  a  sophisticated  analytical  panel. Everything set up individually per location. Price changes accounted for every minute. Easy to use interface all digital.
