With the growth of businesses, invoice management can become complex and time-consuming. Arco, a company specialized in user-centric and mobile applications, was in need of an efficient and easy–to-use solution to manage their invoice operations seamlessly.

The primary challenge was to create a straightforward mobile application for Arco’s employees that could efficiently manage and display invoices downloaded from web services. The app needed to include features like setting invoices in “hold on” mode, displaying reminders for invoice confirmation, and showing comments and booklines associated with the invoices.

Solution

Utilizing Xamarin.iOS and MVVM Cross technologies, Leaware developed the Arco application. This app simplifies invoice management by allowing users to view invoices downloaded from web services and associated comments and booklines. It also includes a “hold on” mode for invoices and provides reminders for users to confirm invoices, making invoice management efficient and hassle-free.
