APM: digital property presentations
Business context
APM Development is one of the key residential developers in Warsaw, active since 2003, with a portfolio of thousands of completed units. The scale of its operations and the growing expectations of buyers required a more consistent way of presenting the offering and a higher standard of service at the early stages of the purchasing journey.
The company aimed to move key elements of the sales process into the mobile channel so that prospective clients could quickly and conveniently explore developments regardless of time and place. The priority was to combine an attractive presentation with reliable information about the properties and an easy way to contact the sales team.
Challenge
APM needed a solution that would present developments and available units in a clear and engaging way, while reducing the need to organise numerous physical visits. It was crucial to provide a consistent user experience across devices and maintain a competitive edge in the dynamic residential market.
A cross-platform approach (iOS and Android), fast access to up-to-date offer data, and the ability to contact the sales department directly became essential requirements. The solution also had to scale with the growing portfolio of developments while ensuring stability and reliability in the day-to-day work of the teams.
Solution
We designed and delivered a mobile application for iOS and Android, powered by REST API, which provides a centralised and always up-to-date catalogue of developments and units. Thanks to an API-based architecture, offer data remains consistent across all channels, and changes are published in near real time.
The application enables virtual property browsing, a detailed view of unit parameters, and quick contact with APM to obtain additional information. Intuitive navigation and clear content presentation support clients in conducting their own research, while giving sales teams an effective tool for work both in the office and in the field.
As a result, APM gained a modern channel for presenting its offering, which improved the user experience and streamlined the sales process, reducing the need to organise traditional, time-consuming on-site presentations.
