Business context
TNC is a nationwide network of offices and independent brokers focused on providing clients with the broadest possible property offering while maintaining the highest service standards. To sustain its position as a trusted partner, the organisation needed modern tools to support day-to-day operations and deliver a consistent customer experience.
Its previous setup was limited by the lack of a unified online platform. Data on listings and client relationships was scattered, while publishing properties across multiple external portals required time-consuming manual work. TNC needed an integrated solution that would unify processes, simplify listing management and ensure broad, multi-channel reach.
Challenge
A fragmented tool ecosystem made efficient listing management difficult: duplicates and inconsistencies appeared, and the time from entering a property into the system to publishing it was too long. Brokers lacked a single place to add, search and update listings, as well as a clear view of client contact history.
The key requirements included building a unified portal integrated with a web-based CRM and enabling automatic data exchange with more than 40 external services via API or XML files. The system had to be scalable, secure and easily accessible for a distributed network of offices, while also providing clients with a convenient way to browse and compare listings on any device.
Solution
Leaware developed a comprehensive web application based on ASP.NET, which became the central listing repository and the core of sales operations. The portal enables efficient listing creation, search and management, and works seamlessly with a built-in CRM, supporting personalised service and collaborative work among brokers.
A key element of the solution was integration with more than 40 real estate portals, delivered through dedicated connectors based on API and XML exchange. Automating publication and data synchronisation significantly reduced manual work and expanded listing reach without additional operational overhead.
The service was designed as platform-agnostic, allowing it to run smoothly on iOS, Android, Windows and macOS. An intuitive interface makes it easy for clients to browse, filter and compare properties, while giving brokers greater control over the pipeline and service standards.
