Valestas is a renowned real estate agency in Germany, serving a broad range of client needs – from buying and selling to rentals. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and an extensive portfolio have made the brand one of the most recognisable in the region.

Challenge
The key challenge was to design a service that combined an intuitive user experience with full control over an extensive listings catalogue. The platform had to support a wide range of interactions – from property search and filtering to enquiry generation – without compromising speed or simplicity of navigation.
The back-office layer was equally important: fast and error-free listing updates, content and media management, and maintaining data consistency in real time. The solution had to minimise operational workload and reduce editing errors.
In addition, it was necessary to ensure high performance, full responsiveness on mobile devices, and alignment with SEO best practices. All this while remaining resilient to traffic growth and expansion of the listings database.
Solution
Leaware built a dedicated website based on ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC, combining a modern interface with a high-performance server-side layer. Users were given clear navigation, convenient filtering, and quick access to listing details, supported by high-quality photos and descriptions.
For the Valestas team, a structured listings management panel was implemented, streamlining the addition, editing, and publication of content. Update processes became faster and more predictable, resulting in smoother operations and better use of team resources.
To increase reach and retention, SEO best practices and user behaviour analytics were applied. Performance optimisation and full responsiveness ensured a seamless experience across devices, while the robust architecture enabled effortless traffic scaling.
