Maxon, a leading real estate agency in Warsaw, had been successfully operating in the market for 33 years. However, as the real estate industry evolved, Maxon recognized the need to digitalize its offers management and customer engagement processes to stay competitive and meet the changing needs of its customers.

Challenge

The key challenge was to digitalize Maxon’s offer management process and create an interactive portal that would enable quick and efficient interactions between the agency and its customers. 

Solution

Using ASP.NET technology, we created a portal for Maxon that is seamlessly connected with their offers management software. The portal allows customers to choose from four options (I want to buy, I want to rent, I’m an owner (I want to sell) or I want to invest). It directs customers to the appropriate department based on their needs, offers articles and tips regarding real estate, and provides a site map with contact data and an offer search engine.
