Microsoft, a multinational technology corporation, hosts a partner connect event annually for its clients. In order to better understand their clients‘ interests and subsequently connect with them, Microsoft sought to create an app that can capture this valuable customer data.
Challenge
The primary challenge was to create an intuitive and user-friendly application that could efficiently capture partner interests during the annual Partner Connect event. The application needed to collect feedback on a range of event topics, followed by additional questions for topics rated higher than 3.
Solution
Utilizing Xamarin and Azure Mobile Services, Leaware developed the Microsoft Partner Connect application. This app provides a platform for participants to choose their areas of interest and answer follow-up questions. Depending on the ratings given, if no topics are rated higher than 3, the app prompts questions on the highest-rated topic.
