I’m the CEO of beautybox, a B2B2C platformin the beauty in industry.

For what projects/services did your company hire Leaware?
Development of beautybox apps for Android and iOS.
What were your goals for this project?
Our target was to launch stable versions of our apps for Android and iOS with a certain number of functionalities previously defined by us.

How did you select this vendor?
We got a recommendation from one of our employees. After performing a market research, Leaware was the company that best suited our objectives and vision.
Describe the project in detail.
We have designed a full development process together from the creation of a beta version to test the market to a more developed one with additional functionalities. Leaware has not only been a outsourced company but has been involved in the decision making process with a great value added for the entire project.
What was the team composition?
The team has been growing organically, currently counting with the participation of 5 people form the vendor side.
Results & Feedback
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have been facing an increasing number of downloads of our app and each feature we release we are conscious that it increases our value proposition.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communication and workflow planning with Leaware has been excellent. We feel they are our (internal) development team.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
In our experience, Leaware not only performs required tasks but also presents a very comprehensive knowledge about our business. Together we have great business discussing and together we align the most effective way to achieve our company targets.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Leaware accepted the challenge of overtaking the project from another company with whom we did not experienced good results. We should have started this cooperation before.
