How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for Poland based company. We did the market research. After reading reviews and opinions, after checking the skills of proposed developers, we’ve chosen Leaware. They had also very possitive feedback from their current client’s and partners.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Leaware developers were involved in all project phases, starting from analysis, and design through development and delivering applications to the stores with further maintenance and improvements. Developers showed not only professional programming skills but also well knowledge of business and great communications skills. We’ve been working in the Scrum framework, frequently delivering expected increments to the client.

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

We have worked with several developers from Leaware in the area of mobile, web and backend software development. We were also in communication with their Project Managers and Sales person. We started from the definion of skills we need, and requirements about availability. We got some CVs of available resources. After recruitment interviews, we decided to cooperate with Leaware’s specialists and it was a good choice.
