Background
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a Chief Operating Office at QMS Company which is responsible for providing mobile, web and backend solutions reagrding queue systems to many different institutions and companies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Leaware, and what were your goals?
Modification of mobile application for queue systems which is used by many different institutions and companies, improving their effectiveness for scheduling the visits of their clients. To increase the quality of application and to imlement new feautres.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We published an order on one of the popular portals and Leaware was one of the companies that approached us. After a discussion and the confidence that we were talking to a competent and appropriate partner, we decided to sign an agreement with them.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The goal of the project was first to update all Flutter technology to the latest version. In the next steps, Leaware implemented an interactive map with a list of institutions where the queuing system will be served remotely. The final element of the application modification was the implementation and optimization of the appointment feature.

We are very satisfied with the cooperation with Leaware. Thanks to effective communication, management and development, we were able to achieve the expected results and deploy our application to Google Play and the App Store.

Cooperation with Leaware was very effective, thanks to frequent communication and setting up of details, through which we knew in advance at what stage we were and what costs we were facing.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The level of communication and work on the details of the procurement and the frequent and transparent billing system.
