Background
Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the digital Lead of Trooper and responsible all things that are connected with digital. Our platform has more 8 000 association conntected with more then 500K users.

For what projects/services did your company hire Leaware, and what were your goals?
We hire Leaware for custom development and IT solutions. The goals of our project is that we build a digital platform for our customers and that we also are capable to manage it with our teammembers in Belgium while we improve the platform with our dev team

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We had a lot of meetings with other vendors but the connection with Leaware and their flexibility was a crucial factor in our decision to cooperate with them
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
It’s an ongoing project that started in 2017 and hopefulle doesn’t get an enddate. We work in Lean and mean modus from time to time and when there are project we work with the agile principle. When the project is done we will be back in lean and mean modus
How many people from the vendor’s team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There is always 1 dev and 1 solution architect in our team. And in the bigger project their will jump in a project manager
Results & Feedback
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
In the beginning of our project our team in belgium wasn’t really able to manage the platform at all. Their was always a lot of maintenance where we need some dev work. Now we’ve set up a small CMS that means that we reduce the maintaince dev team with 60% why we have more time to improve the platform
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We use Jira as workingplatform to log everything. For our chats and videomeetings we used Teams
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The flexibility of the team and the way they are open for feedback is impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The technical work is very good but sometimes they struggled a bit with the documenation of everything what we decided.
