The client for this project wished to remain anonymous but saw a gap in the market for an application that could alleviate parking woes by enabling drivers to find or share parking spaces conveniently.

Parking is a persistent problem in urban areas worldwide, particularly in the United States, where car ownership is high. The challenge of finding a convenient parking spot when you need it is one that many drivers face daily. Share a Spot app was developed to address this issue by connecting drivers with available parking spaces in their vicinity.
Challenge
The challenge was to create an intuitive and user-friendly app that could provide real-time updates on available parking spots and enable users to list their unused spots for others to use. The app had to be highly responsive and reliable to ensure user satisfaction and high retention rates.
Solution
Leveraging web technologies and ASP.NET, Leaware developed the Share a Spot app for Mac IOS and Windows platforms. The app provides an easy–to-use interface where users can find available parking spots in their neighborhood or share their own unused spots. It integrates with GPS to provide real-time updates and allows for secure transactions between users.

Results
While the specific download numbers are unknown, the Share a Spot app has become an essential tool for urban drivers, making parking easier and more efficient.
