With a vast product catalog of over a thousand different products and variations, Würth Elektronik’s challenge was to provide their customers with a convenient, efficient, and integrated platform to browse, compare, and learn about their products. They needed a solution that could handle their extensive product range and associated data, including PDF files and product parameters.
Challenge
The main challenge was to develop a user-friendly, robust, and comprehensive mobile app that could handle the extensive product catalog. The app had to include search functionality for product parameters, a QR reader, and the ability to handle large volumes of PDF files associated with individual products.
Solution
Leaware developed the ‘Würth Component App’ using Xamarin, focusing on the iOS platform. The app includes an expansive product catalog, the ability to handle numerous PDF files, a search function based on product parameters and attributes, and a QR Reader.
